Le mycelium a la capacit\u00e9 de se nourrir de substrats tels que : la paille, les copeaux de bois, feuilles mortes etc…
Il pousse sous la forme de racines blanches, et se d\u00e9ploie dans la forme qui lui est attribu\u00e9e.
De plus, le mycelium pousse \u00e0 l’ombre et dans un environnement st\u00e9rilis\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
