Modes and habits of food consumption are challenged from a very personal perspective. The polymorphic project uses tools of expression other than writing and is interspersed with appendices. The ensemble forms strata illustrating the complexity of a way of thinking. The dissertation is based on the deconsumption movement observed from the early 21st century.
