En prolongement avec la rue, cet ancien immeuble de bureaux m\u00eale espaces de travail, de rencontre et habitations. Cette sociabilit\u00e9 de partage que l\u2019on retrouve sur les pav\u00e9s laisse place \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 de nouveaux usages et ambiance du quotidien.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Depuis la rue, on distingue le priv\u00e9 du public, avec cette extension des logements par des balcons sur trois niveaux. La terrasse public est visible par la pr\u00e9sence des parasols en b\u00e9ton et la terrasse priv\u00e9e, soulign\u00e9e par l\u2019agrandissement des gardes corps en b\u00e9ton. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement d\u00e9plac\u00e9 les escaliers de la partie public sur l\u2019angle du b\u00e2timent pour cr\u00e9er un lien entre les flux int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs, en faisant d\u00e9passer cette circulation verticale pour cr\u00e9er un rep\u00e8re dans la ville\n<\/figcaption>\n <\/article>\n\n\n

Located in Levallois-Perret, this former office building has been designed as an extension of the street. Open to all, it features several types of housing, different workplaces, multiple common spaces and a few daily services. The connections between private and public spaces are perceptible from the fa\u00e7ade and invite passersby to join the flow inside the building. The idea of being able to live, work and meet in a single place allows us to recreate the sociable, shared dimension of the street, indoors.
