La friche Galland est l’une des 2700 friches de la r\u00e9gion d’Ile-de-France, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Villebon-sur-Yvette, en Essone (91), au sein de la Haute vall\u00e9e de Chevreuse<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Les noues paysag\u00e8res sont de larges foss\u00e9s de faibles profondeur permettant l\u2019acheminement, la r\u00e9tention et l\u2019infiltration des eaux de pluies dans le sol, ce qui amoindrit le risque d\u2019inondations pour les habitations aux alentours<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

This project proposes to restore value to an urban wasteland located in the Paris area by transforming it into a punk garden. The challenge of this project is to raise awareness among walkers and the city\u2019s residents of this unique nature, which marries with areas that were once exploited and industrialised: a typical piece of heritage from today\u2019s Anthropocene era. The aim is therefore to create a place that generates social connections through various activities, by reusing materials found on the site and better preserving and supporting biodiversity.
