L\u00e9opold Bellan est pens\u00e9 comme un lieu d\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles formes de rapport au corps en milieu aquatique. Aujourd\u2019hui, ce lieu charg\u00e9 d\u2019histoire entre dans une \u00e8re nouvelle. \u00c0 travers une proposition de rapport sensible entre l\u2019homme et son environnement, L\u00e9opold Bellan devient une r\u00eaverie o\u00f9 les usagers partent \u00e0 l\u2019aventure.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n\n

Ce projet est aussi une r\u00e9flexion profonde sur le
r\u00f4le de l\u2019architecte d\u2019int\u00e9rieur vis-\u00e0-vis du patrimoine.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

As such, the relationship to the former building is central to our considerations. Given the set programme, what would an aquatic leisure centre inside a former listed gymnasium look like? Fragmenting and dispersing the programme appears a necessity given the complexity of the building. Establishing a dialogue with the building, our contemporary project aims to stand in sharp contrast to the old and enduring shell. It is therefore intentionally at odds with its environment, offering an immaculate modern look with simple forms, set within the building in order to showcase it.
