Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche p\u00e9dagogique de vivre ensemble par une inondation du b\u00e2timent afin de mettre les activit\u00e9s au m\u00eame niveau. Par diverses interventions, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement invite au respect de soi, des autres et de son environnement.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Les circulations sont immerg\u00e9es \u00e0 3 cm de profondeur et le reste des bassins respectent les profondeurs propres \u00e0 chaque activit\u00e9.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Le parcours dans le b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 comme un rituel le long de l’aile Sud. On se d\u00e9chausse apr\u00e8s le hall d’entr\u00e9e, puis on passe le p\u00e9diluve, instaurant directement la notion du respect du lieu et des autres. Apr\u00e8s le passage au vestiaire et \u00e0 la douche en pluie, on rentre dans le grand volume du b\u00e2timent et son \u00e9tendue d’eau.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

La mezzanine du b\u00e2timent existant est conserv\u00e9e et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, des passerelles l\u00e9g\u00e8res sont ajout\u00e9es pour compl\u00e9ter afin de cr\u00e9er des espaces solarium. On peut \u00e9galement acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria \u00e0 un \u00e9tage sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments rajout\u00e9s sont pens\u00e9s en structure l\u00e9g\u00e8re avec une esth\u00e9tique discr\u00e8te pour valoriser au maximum le volume existant et ses charpentes industrielles.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Dans une d\u00e9marche de respect de l’environnement, les choix esth\u00e9tiques sont \u00e9galement contraints par les principes du b\u00e2timent bioclimatique. Ainsi, la verri\u00e8re Sud est agrandie pour capter le maximum de lumi\u00e8re et de chaleur. Celles-ci sont maintenues au sol par une couleur plus fonc\u00e9e, et un d\u00e9grad\u00e9 \u00e0 la chaux sur les murs.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

Nous avons souhait\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une autre intervention: la phyto\u00e9puration. Impossible pour l’ensemble du bassin, nous l’avons mis en place pour la partie spa au sous sol ainsi que pour un jardin p\u00e9dagoqique public permettant de se balader dans les diff\u00e9rents bassins d’\u00e9puration et se rafraichir dans un miroir d’eau.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/article>\n\n\n

This swimming pool therefore becomes a new meeting place that advocates diversity by updating the activities on offer.
