The key concern of the project was to accommodate what already existed and to tread carefully forward so as not to neglect the past, present or future. The spatial intervention is treated as a second internal envelope, presented as a radical simplification of the existing architectural concept, respecting the characteristics of the site and helping to improve the connection between the different spaces.
