Our conversion project for the L\u00e9opold Bellan site falls within this approach and proposes a porosity between work and well-being, by combining a co-working space with a swimming pool. Through a restoration that remains respectful of the site, our project seeks to increase awareness of the tree-filled surroundings by creating large openings.
