But living in the present moment and transforming it into a unique memory is a fine ambition. The project proposes to enhance and amplify the senses through the fleeting phenomena of the natural world. Gardens have always been associated with a sense of well-being. The one at Domaine de Baudouvin is becoming a utopian space in order to collectively showcase fleeting events. This translates through the creation of an artist residency on the theme of ephemeral art, a caf\u00e9 and a conceptual restaurant based on the use of seasonal ingredients to create fleeting menus.
