It is 2022 and we are in a political, economic, environmental and social environment punctuated by an uncertain anxiety resulting from a pandemic. There’s a knot in our stomach that asks us: “How will we manage? What is our place on Earth?” This dissertation is a peregrination through the relationships that humans have with their environment, an exploration of possible futures, of other ways of inhabiting, cohabiting, drawing on intentionally eclectic references, both literary and theoretical, as well as personal observations and experiments.This dissertation is the seed of a few thoughts I would like to plant, as a conclusion to five years of study and a beginning to my next professional explorations.
