How has individual housing developed according to context and families? Generally speaking, individual housing represents the achievement of a social goal. It represents a notion of refuge. Houses have changed a great deal in line with an evolving society and customs. Families are constantly changing and they need to be able to be housed, without difference. But how has this housing transformed and how might it still change? Through this dissertation, we will see the major changes that have influenced the house, looking at its history, the variety of families and how they live within it. The Covid-19 pandemic turned our daily lives upside-down. Are our houses suited to these new changes in family life?
