Why come to the municipal swimming pool in Bry-sur-Marne? The Balnea project repurposes the concept of Greco-Roman thermal baths to give you a unique experience.The aim of our project is to accommodate the key uses of a municipal swimming pool,but also to offer users a social experience through the different uses. Like at the Musée d’Orsay, the existing architecture is designed as a kind of cloche, enveloping the interior architectural project and referencing the concept of a box within a box. The idea of the box continues, with an addition/subtraction layout visible inside, forming monoliths that make up the space.
