The project for the Léopold Bellan baths aims to reinvigorate Bry-sur-Marne town centre. The challenge is to meet the expectations of residents in this predominantly residential and family neighbourhood, and to bring the building back to life for all its inhabitants. Restoring the noble quality of the sports complex by creating a public building, creating a neighbourhood spot, making it a place for meeting, sharing education and sport. Similar to the French republican buildings of the past centuries, this new complex focuses on residents by offering them quality, generous spaces. The Léopold Bellan Baths comprise a swimming pool, a well-being space, a restaurant and gardens, open to all.
