Fleeting moments cannot be frozen in time. But living in the present moment and transforming it into a unique memory is a fine ambition. The project proposes to enhance and amplify the senses through the fleeting phenomena of the natural world. Gardens have always been associated with a sense of well-being. The one at Domaine de Baudouvin is becoming a utopian space in order to collectively showcase fleeting events. This translates through the creation of an artist residency on the theme of ephemeral art, a café and a conceptual restaurant based on the use of seasonal ingredients to create fleeting menus. Nature is a contributor here, the spirit is one of sharing, with respect and gratitude.
