With this project, visitors become at once observers and operators of Domaine de Baudouvin. Day-to-day activities, centred around meals and sharing, become new ceremonies. Visitors discover the nourishing and ornamental flora, the food culture and the local farmers. They gather, cook andtaste. With their circumstantial fellow guests, they enjoy meals made with fresh produce. The research centre studies natural heritage and collects and publishes local family recipes. The museum displays works of art on the same subjects. Baudouvin not only becomes a champion of natural and cultural heritage, but also a place of dialogue on Mediterranean artistic and culinary cultures.
