How can we converse with craft, how can we make ourselves understood and understand a language unique to each craftsperson. As a future interior architect and designer, I wanted to hear from craftspeople, large factories and even artisan-designers to try to best understand what craft is today, and what makes it so unique and valuable. Each figure will offer a personal vision of the profession through several themes, from the issue of collaboration to the notion of artisan-designer which seems to be reappearing more and more among young emerging designers.
