Today, the quest for balance between working life and well-being drives us to explore new ways of living, We are witnessing an evolution in working spaces beyond the walls of the office, along with a consideration of future uses. Our conversion project for the Léopold Bellan site falls within this approach and proposes a porosity between work and well-being, by combining a co-working space with a swimming pool. Through a restoration that remains respectful of the site, our project seeks to increase awareness of the tree-filled surroundings by creating large openings. It highlights the soothing interior of the existing structure through the use of raw and natural materials and encourages sport, concentration and socialisation.
