Residents who are unable to go away on holiday will now be able to enjoy a new destination for the whole family, at a low price and close to home. Our approach is therefore a truly social one that promises to continue Léopold Bellan’s philanthropic endeavours. As such, we use simple architectural systems that subtly evoke sensations linked to the beach.
