We live in a context where an excess of offices coexists with the city, despite a shortage of housing. Located in Levallois-Perret, this former office building has been designed as an extension of the street. Open to all, it features several types of housing, different workplaces, multiple common spaces and a few daily services. The connections between private and public spaces are perceptible from the façade and invite passersby to join the flow inside the building. The idea of being able to live, work and meet in a single place allows us to recreate the sociable, shared dimension of the street, indoors. This gives rise to new uses and a new day-to-day atmosphere.
