As a renovation of La FRONTALE in Toulon, the project upholds the spirit of the architect Jean de Mailly, but is better suited to the needs of today's urban public for human interaction and nature. The design focuses on creating a shared residence to stimulate interaction between the inhabitants. It will be a vertical city with retail spaces as public spaces, a number of shared leisure and living spaces as semi-public spaces that serve the inhabitants, and small rooms with balconies as private spaces. It will also be an omnipresent green space that will give the impression of being in a garden, thus compensating for the lack of urban greenery.
